I had a great stay at this hotel in Barnaul. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. It made exploring the area so convenient. The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the reception staff who could speak English. They went above and beyond to assist me with directions and even printed off directions for me when I needed to find an internet cafe. Their customer service was truly exceptional.

Lovely Easter stay with friendly staff and good breakfast. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to most city attractions with easy access to public transport. The secure parking was a bonus for those who had cars.
